Small Copper Butterfly

I sneaked this one while waiting for the wee chap to land on the orange coloured osteospermums. In actual fact I personally prefer the contrast between the Small-Copper and these flowers. This particular one was around 25mm maximum … from wing tip to wing tip.

100mm Macro at f5.6, spot metered, 100 ISO, -1 exposure 1/200 speed. Manual settings and manual focus.

Post editing was done in RAW using only DPP & PSE9. This one is around 1500 pixels wide and JPEG from an eventual TIFF.
